This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our apps.

We do not directly collect personal information such as name, email, or phone number unless voluntarily provided.

c) Facebook Instant Games
When you play our games on Facebook (Facebook Instant Games), Facebook shares with the game your player ID, name and profile picture. The game also saves your progress, such as the level you reached, through Facebook. We use this only to run the game and keep your progress. You can delete this data at any time, as explained on our Data Deletion page.
2Advertising
Our apps may display ads provided by third-party ad networks such as:

- Huawei Ads
- Meta Audience Network (in our Facebook Instant Games)

8Family Policy (Child-Directed Apps)
Some of our games are designed for children and families and comply with the Google Play Families Policy.
For these child-directed apps:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
- We do not request names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location from children.
- We use only Google Play Families Policy compliant SDKs and services where required.
- If advertisements are shown, they are intended to be family-safe and age-appropriate. Personalized advertising is disabled in child-directed games where required.
- Our apps do not contain social networking features, open chat, or features that encourage children to share personal information.
- Any analytics or crash reporting data collected is limited to improving app performance, fixing bugs, and maintaining the quality of the app.
- Parents or legal guardians who believe that their child has provided personal information may contact us, and we will promptly review and delete such information if applicable.
We are committed to protecting children’s privacy and complying with applicable laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where applicable, as well as the Google Play Families Policy.
9Our Website and Employee Verification
a) Contact form
When you send us a message from our website, we receive your name, email address and message by email. We use them only to reply to you.
b) Employee verification
Our Employee Verification page lets employers, HR teams and embassies confirm that a person works, or worked, at GAMEALPHA (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. When a CNIC number of a current or former employee is entered, the page shows only:
- Name, photo, designation and department
- Employee ID and employment period (joining date, and leaving date for former employees)
- The CNIC number that was entered
Salary, address, phone numbers and bank details are never shown. We do not keep a record of the CNIC numbers that are searched. To prevent misuse, we limit how many searches can be made from one connection, using a scrambled (hashed) form of the visitor’s IP address that is deleted after one hour.
Current or former employees who want their details removed from verification, or corrected, can contact us at the email below.
c) Job applications
When you apply on our Careers page, we receive your name, contact details, the information you write and your CV. We use them only to consider you for jobs at GameAlpha. CVs are stored privately and are not reachable from the internet. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by emailing us.
d) Team portal
Employee records (such as attendance, leave and salary) are kept in our private team portal, which only our management can access. Check-in and check-out may record the network address and location to confirm attendance at the office. Backups of this data are stored privately and are not reachable from the internet.
