GAMEALPHA (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your right to control your data. This page explains what data our games keep and how you can ask us to delete it. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
1Data Our Games Keep
When you play one of our Facebook Instant Games (for example Tube Sort Puzzle), the game may use:
- Your Facebook player ID, name and profile picture, as provided by Facebook
- Your game progress, such as the level you reached, saved through Facebook
- Ad interaction data collected by Meta Audience Network when ads are shown
We do not ask for your email address, phone number, password or payment details inside our games.
2Remove a Game from Facebook
You can remove our game and its saved data yourself, at any time:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and websites (or Instant Games).
- Find the GameAlpha game, for example Tube Sort Puzzle, and tap Remove.
- Tick the option to also delete your activity in the game, then confirm.
This removes the game’s access to your Facebook account and deletes your saved game progress.
3Ask Us to Delete Your Data
You can also ask us directly. Send an email to gamealpha.pvt.ltd@gmail.com with:
- The subject Data Deletion Request
- The name of the game or app
- Your Facebook name (for Facebook games) or your device and app details (for mobile apps)
We will delete the data we hold about you within 30 days and reply by email to confirm. We may keep information only where the law requires us to.
4Ads Data
Ad data is collected and handled by the ad networks themselves, such as Meta Audience Network, Google AdMob and Huawei Ads. You can manage or reset this data in your Facebook ad preferences or in your device settings, for example by resetting your advertising ID.
